This hotel had some decent complimentary offerings - cable television and a well-maintained pool. Its location was also a plus, as it was situated in a prime spot. We were glad that it was just a short walk away from local attractions. the staff was mainly courteous and willing to help out.

The room lacked maintenance, and the furnishings have seen better days. the housekeeping was far from stellar, with requests for extra pillows and towels being ignored repeatedly.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The location was perfect, close to all the Christmas festivities we wanted to attend. We also enjoyed the cozy ambiance of the hotel lobby.

The staff at the front desk was not very accommodating when we requested early check-in after a long flight. , the room was very small and cramped with no ventilation.
